Refund Policy for Leading The Way

Leading The Way values transparency and fairness in all transactions. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for donations, memberships, services, events, and other purchases made through our website or affiliated platforms.
 

1. Donations

Unless otherwise stated, donations made to Leading The Way are considered voluntary and non-refundable.

If you believe a donation was made in error or there was unauthorized activity, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction and we will review the request.
 

2. Memberships, Programs, and Services

If Leading The Way offers paid memberships, mentorship programs, educational resources, consulting, or other services:

  • Refund eligibility will depend on the specific service or program purchased

  • Refund requests must typically be submitted before significant work, access, or participation has occurred

  • Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion

We reserve the right to deny refund requests involving completed services, digital access already granted, or policy abuse.
 

3. Event Registrations

For paid events or workshops:

  • Refund requests submitted at least 7 days before the event may qualify for a full or partial refund

  • Refunds may not be available for cancellations made within 7 days of the event date unless otherwise stated

  • Tickets may be transferable if approved by Leading The Way
     

4. Digital Products and Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable resources, templates, or educational materials are generally non-refundable once access or download has been provided.
 

5. Processing Times

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
 

6. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and suspend access to services, memberships, or programs associated with disputed payments.
